    Tried and turned out well. Can you please share the sweet and sour vegetable recipe too which you mentioned at the end? I love this fried rice without soya sauce, vinegar or ajinomotto. Feels natural and light

      It is not so dangerous like how they project in India. It is used widely all over the world as taste enhancer. I told to use very less to get that taste. I visited Japan and saw the company also.

    Second… Thank you for this rice. My son seems to prefer only such Indo-chinese rice varieties.
    Third..if you don’t mind please post some side dishes for such rice items.
